Maintains optimum level of stocked ingredients

Inform management of restocking needs

Ensure proper labeling for stocked ingredients; verify freshness
and quality of the products

Perform crepe dough preparation

Wash/clean/cut/prepare all ingredients for crepe fillings

Crepes preparation/cooking on order

Ensure proper presentation and portioning for crepes

Greet customers and answering menu questions

Maintain a clean/safe/sanitary environment

Perform usual end-of-shift cleaning duties.

register

Take orders and answering menu questions

Greet and serve customers

Prepare espresso & coffee-related drinks and natural fruit
drinks

Basic kitchen duties (washing/cutting/slicing of vegetable/fruits)

Maintain a clean/safe/sanitary environment

Perform usual end-of-shift cleaning duties

Assist with other duties

May help with crepe preparation during rush hours

May help deliver orders to the adjacent buildings
