PART TIME BARISTA

Experience required : 1 year of cooking experience in a commercial environment; crepe preparation/culinary school grad a great plus, but not required.

Skills Desired : Friendly personality, clean, neat appearance; commitment to providing excellent customer service; dependable, organized, energetic, motivated, willing to work flexible schedule, self motivated and ability to perform well in a team setting.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts during weekdays & weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to perform job duties with high efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Minimum 21 years of age

    Duties:
  • Maintains optimum level of stocked ingredients
  • Inform management of restocking needs
  • Ensure proper labeling for stocked ingredients; verify freshness and quality of the products
  • Perform crepe dough preparation
  • Wash/clean/cut/prepare all ingredients for crepe fillings
  • Crepes preparation/cooking on order
  • Ensure proper presentation and portioning for crepes
  • Greet customers and answering menu questions
  • Maintain a clean/safe/sanitary environment
  • Perform usual end-of-shift cleaning duties.

    Duties:
  • Entering order in computer system and operate the casher register
  • Take orders and answering menu questions
  • Greet and serve customers
  • Prepare espresso & coffee-related drinks and natural fruit drinks
  • Basic kitchen duties (washing/cutting/slicing of vegetable/fruits)
  • Maintain a clean/safe/sanitary environment
  • Perform usual end-of-shift cleaning duties
  • Assist with other duties
  • May help with crepe preparation during rush hours
  • May help deliver orders to the adjacent buildings
