Naomi Smith, a wine expert and professional wine consultant, will give

Art of Wine Class. Begin your journey into the world of wine with us and
learn to “read the lines” of a wine label and analyze a bottle of wine, how
wines are rated, how to pair your food with the right wine and many other
useful things. As a class exercise, five different types of wine will be
paired with hand-selected cheeses from artisan producers. At the end of the
class you’ll have the confidence to read a restaurant wine list, pick up a
fine wine at the local shop and impress your friends with it.
